*Structure
1. The ball valve controls spray and eye wash respectively. It is easily operate and you may assure the quality.

*Installation and maintenance

- The location of the emergency equipment should be installed within 10 seconds walking time or 15 meters from the hazard.
- Installation and maintenance:
- The connection of the bracket and the pipe: connect the T-piece of outlet with the bracket.
- The installation of the bracket: Adjust the position of the T-piece and install it by M10 screw.
The installation of shower pipe: screw on the sprayer head (G3/4” net gasket inside) to sprayer pipe, enwind the other end of sprayer pipe with Teflon tape, tighten at the up part of erect pipe, and then adjust the position of sprayer head and to lock well the

- Connect the up part and the down part: adjust the direction of up part, connect the up part and down part with union (inside set union gasket), tighten.
- Eye wash basin: enwind the screw thread of the outlet with fresh plastic band, connect the down part G1¼ and screw well.
- Sprayer: put the G1/2 cushion in the G1/2 screw, and connect with the pipe.
- Connect the inlet and outlet pipe, to see if it moves well.
*Method of application:
1. Please pull down the pull rob, when you need shower, and the shower valve will open; push up the shower switch, the shower valve will close.
2. Please push the board clockwise, when you need eye washing, and the facility will work, pullback the push board withershins, eye wash valve close.
3. The silt, residue flax, iron and other debris in the pipeline must be cleared before installation, avoid to block sprayer head or damaged sealing parts, causing the valve could not close strictly.
*Maintenance
1. Should using the facility above zero environments, and you should notice the pipeline antifreeze if used in the cold place.
2. Please clean the inert pipeline before installation.
3. suggest to install the main valve in the inlet pipe, close the main valve first after using, and close the shower/eye wash valve when clear up the remain water.
